Welcome to the Alexander Technique area of my website.
In my role as an educator, I am passionate about introducing the Alexander Technique to as wide an audience as possible, but my main focus is bringing the work and its amazing benefits to students within the education system. I have been invited to give introductory Alexander Technique workshops to staff and students at schools and summer schools across the UK, including the National Youth Training Choir of Great Britain. I have also taught the technique at a number of educational institutions including the Junior Department of the Royal Academy of Music, and the Junior and Senior Departments of the Royal College of Music.

I am a fully accredited and insured member of the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (STAT) and adhere to their Code of Practice. I also have a DBS Enhanced Disclosure Certificate for working with children.
