I am a sole trader providing piano and Alexander Technique tuition.

What I collect
I only collect the personal data I need to be able to provide you with the services you have asked me to provide or tell you about. This can include you, and your child’s name where appropriate, contact address, email addresses, telephone numbers, correspondence and any other information you choose to provide to me.

Why I need to collect this data
I require this information for contractual reasons and for legal and internal record keeping purposes.

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical and electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect. I do not share your information with third parties other than for accounting software purposes or with examination bodies when appropriate.

How long will I keep your data?
I will only keep personal data for as long as is necessary to provide my services, or for as long as I need to for the lawful business purposes, or statutory legal requirements.

How I use cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer’s hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual.
